TONG LAW agrees, and by accessing this Web site, you agree, that the statutes and laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, will apply to all matters relating to your use of this Web site. TONG LAW agrees, and by accessing this Web site, you agree, that in the case of a dispute, both TONG LAW and you will submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of and venue in the State Court of Alameda County.
